It's like sitting through a two hour evanescence/rammstein/marilyn manson music video except that some of their videos have credible artistic merit.
This is by far the worst movie I have ever seen. That's worth the price of admission alone. All the elements of the film, taken on their own, are OK but the whole package elevates it to something that is just ridiculously entertaining. The story is interesting and builds its characters enough that you care about what happens to them, but the film definitely walks well trodden ground. The music is forgettable after the DVD's back in its case, but during the film it's pretty enjoyable. Repo is fast, fun, and a completely self-aware cult flick. I'm not sure what exactly the critics were expecting from the film but it almost suggests a media generation gap between the two groups.
